Hi everyone, really sorry to let you know but we are having to cancel this weeks sessions (18th to 21st March) as a number of the coaches have had to self isolate due to their medical conditions. So sorry to let everyone down but obviously we want to ensure we take responsible action to protect everyone at SGA. We will have more updates very soon the rest of this terms classes. Hope everyone takes care and once everything is back to normal we will make it up to everyone with some super fun replacement sessions.
Even if weβre are not at gym the coaches are going to be working super hard in the background on searching for grants for new equipment, planning, and creating home gym, stretching, conditioning and fun activities and challenges gymnasts can do at home to keep them going. If any parent or gymnast has any good ideas please let us know.
