Looking forwards to meeting all the new members in January! 🙂
Saturday brings the first of SGA’s Christmas gymnastics displays. All gymnasts will be called into the gym before the start time and once they are prepared the audience will enter. Spectator names will be on a register rather than actual tickets so just say your gymnasts name at the desk. Spectators will be required to wear show covers to ensure the floor area remains clean.
Just a reminder that the gym, car park and around the area will be very busy. To avoid congestion in the car park it may be a good idea to park a short walk away from the gym if possible. Please ensure you park safely and considerately. If its a rainy day it would be a good idea to bring an umbrella as there may be waiting time outside in-between displays to allow us to empty the venue of spectators and gymnasts from the previous display.
Fundraising! There will be an amazing raffle with a top prize of a Milano leotard voucher, tombola, kit stall, games and refreshments. The Christmas displays are an important fundraising event for SGA and allows the club to purchase exciting new equipment for everyone to use. We are still accepting tumble & raffle prizes throughout the week.
Display 1 – Gymnasts arrive at 8.55am
Display 2 – Gymnasts arrive at 10.15am
Display 3 – Gymnasts arrive at 11.30am
See everyone in the morning. 🙂
Kit orders will only be handed to an adult, please pop into the gym at the end of your child’s session to collect any items. Unfortunately we are very busy practicing for the christmas displays during the sessions so will only be able to hand out orders at this time. Alternatively if you would like to pop in on Monday 9.30-11am or Tuesday 4-7pm.
If you haven’t ordered any kit we may have some spare items to sell but this won’t be until next Friday once all orders are handed out. If you email the items your would like & we can ad you to the list to see if we have any available items to sell.
Many Thanks 🙂
