SGA Gymnastics at Home Video Tutorials 

1. Choose one or both pulse raiser activities to get started:

SGA Warm up / Pulse Raiser 

SGA Pulse Raiser Game 

2. Follow the warm up and stretch activity 

3. Choose any of the following tutorials depending on what you would like to work on in your session.

Balance Basics 

Intermediate Balances 

Floor Skill Basics 

Basic Skills Circuit

Gym Shapes 

4.  Finish your session with a Cool Down or Yoga Stretch

You can also have a look at the skills on your next British Gymnastics proficiency award and practice the skills at home (Currently only awards 8-4 are permitted for gymnastics at home)
