SGA is closed for weekly classes and is operating its Summer Timetable.  Regular sessions or if your child has moved groups their new times will start from the evening of Monday 5th September.  Pre School Gymnastics starts the following week from Monday 12th September.

If you have not paid your child’s termly fees for September these are now overdue, please forward these by Tuesday 2nd August.  SGA will be open 4-7pm for bookings.  After this date places will be offered to gymnasts on the waiting list.

A massive congratulations to SGA coach Kadie and Mike on the safe arrival of the gorgeous Ivy Elizabeth Hampton from everybody at SGA. Ivy was born on Thursday 21st July 2016 at 23.28 weighing a very healthy 8lb 9 oz!
Looking forward to seeing Ivy in 9 years time competing in her first British teamgym championships. Training starts very soon 🇬🇧😉

Due to popular demand we have managed to secure an additional coach for the following camps so have a number of places on the following camps.  We have extended the closing date until Thursday 21st July.

SGA Olympic Challenge – Tuesday 2nd and Thursday 4th August – 4-7pm.  (5 Places Available)

With the Rio Olympics coming up gymnasts get a chance to sample some of the equipment which the Olympic Gymnasts will use in Rio.  Try out the Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Rings and Trampoline as well as trying out the different pieces of rhythmic apparatus.  Learn new Skills & Ring the new move bell!  Everyone will be presented with a special Olympic style medal at the end of the Challenge.

SGA Gymnastics Fun & Pass a Badge Camp – Tuesday 9th  August – 4-6.30pm.  (4 Places Available)

The Pass a badge camp will give gymnasts the oportunity to sample the fantastic equipment at SGA as well as working towards a British Gymnastics Proficiency Award.  The badge and certificate will be presented at the end of the camp.

Trampoline and Tumbling Fun – Wednesday 3rd and Friday 5th August – 9am – 12pm.  (3 Places Available)

Try out everything bouncy at SGA!  Learn new skills & Have lots of bouncing fun on Trampoline, Airtrack, Trampettes, Tumble Track, Floor and Vaults.  Get a special SGA Trampoline & Rebound Certificate at the end of the Challenge.

Want to book a place, download your booking form, email the club the completed booking form & make payment by BACS by Thursday 21st July.  Alternatively you can pop in to SGA to pick up a booking form & pay by cash.  We are open this Tue, Wed & Thurs evening 4pm – 8pm.

We are nearing the end of the summer term and next terms fees are now due.    SGA will close for termly classes on Sat 23rd July and reopen on the evening of Mon 5th September.  We are open for holiday camps and competitive training during the first three weeks of the Summer Holidays.  

Priority booking for next term is open to members until Sat 23rd July, after this date any available places will be offered to gymnasts on the waiting list.  

Reminder that British Gymnastics Membership  is being collected now for processing.  Please forward this payment by cheque.  Term dates are on your booking form, please retain this for your information.  Any changes to term dates will be issued at the start of next term.

Holiday Camps are also ideal for gymnasts on the waiting list to experience gymnastics at SGA and also gives the coaches a chance to assess for suitable classes.

Doors open at 7pm in readiness for a 7.30pm start.  All tickets will be on the door to collect.  Unfortunately we cannot sell any extra tickets on the night.  

 Just a reminder the gym is closed on Friday due to the awards evening but classes are as normal on Saturday onwards.
