Urgent reminder! All Gymnastics fees for next term were due during March. If you have not yet paid your child’s fees please ensure they are paid in full by Sun 5th April. As SGA is now closed for the Easter Break all payments must be by BACS. Unfortunately Gymnasts will not be permitted to participate in any further sessions until fees are up to date and places in classes which are full will be offered to gymnasts on the waiting list or to gymnasts waiting to change classes. If your child has not brought home their fee letter please email info for further info. One of the gymnasts who was attending the Easter Fun All Day Ultimate Gymnastics Camp is unfortunately ill so we have a last minute space! First come first served – email info for booking details or complete the attached form.

Easter Fun All Day Ultimate Camp!

Thursday 2nd April – 9am—3pm

(Bring a Packed Lunch and a drink) – £28.00

The Ultimate will involve a taster of all aspects of gymnastics. Apparatus work will include, Bars, Beam, Floor, Vault, Trampette, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Acro & Group work, Tumbling, Airtrack & Trampoline. Learn new skills & ring the new move bell! The day will also include Easter Crafts / Activities, Easter Themed Games and an Easter Egg Hunt!

Other activities during the camps may include : Hand apparatus, games, pit races, parachute activities, fun obstacle course & games, colouring, quizzes and crafts.

BRINGING YOUR CHILD TO A GYMNASTICS SESSION

Please drive slowly! Be considerate when parking and please do not park in the coaches parking area. To avoid traffic congestion make a little more time for your journey and park a short walk away from the gym. Please do not park in any of the other private business car parks on Barry’s Lane. Ensure that you keep all fire exits free when dropping off, waiting for or collecting your child.

Please ensure that the gym is open before you leave your child & that all gymnasts are supervised in the waiting area by an adult until the class begins. The club cannot be responsible for any gymnasts until they are in the supervised gymnastics area.

Please ensure that gymnasts are picked up promptly by a parent / named adult from the gym at the end of their session, gymnasts will not be allowed to meet parents in the car park unless you have provided written permission. If you have a problem in picking your child up on time please ensure that coaches are informed by phone. Gymnasts who are repeatedly collected late will incur an additional fee charge.
